Certified Surgical Tech (PRN, Days & Call)

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology.

Licensure/Certification: Must be licensed to practice as a Certified Surgical Technologist in the state of Indiana.  Must be current in BLS.  

Experience:  Previous surgical tech experience is preferred.

Mental/Physical Effort: The work is varied in nature and requires close attention to details, accuracy and organization skills.  Must be able to adjust to stressful situations.  Work is normally performed in a standing or sitting position with periods of physical exertion, bending, kneeling and lifting.  Use of good body mechanics is used when lifting and transferring patients.
